If Obama wins the GOP will go on as usual

Laura, I think Chris Matthews for once is closer to the truth.

It will be the conservative voice that will be shut down (I man that literally).  The GOP will just comfortably,  officially, and in the spirit of comity, blend in.  I'm not even confident that a Romney administration can reverse our slide into a socialist theocracy.  An Obama win means the Mayan calender was right.  The world as we know it will have officially ended.  IMO.

  1. The conservatives already beat the progressives. How the shift of power is accomplished is what is still undecided.

  3. "...millions and millions of dollars ...hire people who have lost previous campaigns, that run campaigns that have failed, who have message campaigns where the message fell flat — and they keep getting rehired."
That's what I don't understand. I've heard Rush & Mark Levin refer to this stupidity many times over the past year. Then we have a guy who is a shoo-in to dump a Senate Dem incumbent state on air that rape victims' bodies can reject impregnation, when he could have said "I believe in sanctity of live, but abortion law is setttled by Roe V. Wade. I obey the laws of the land."
    "Stupid Party" is apt.

  4. Or the Republican Party goes the way of the Whigs and the TEA Party becomes the new Republican Party.
