After doing some checking, the "Hot Rape" is known as a photo manip (the actual cover was either "Hot Ride" or "Hot Date," as the character was seen reading both magazines).
The other images are all legitimately from the cartoons, as far as I can tell (I can't confirm the one opposite of the Rurouni Kenshin\Samurai X anime pic, as I can't remember the title of the cartoon to look it up), but taken wildly out of context.
