First
person to correctly identify this beauty wins $1000! Really* By the
by, once you know who it is you'll agree that she hasn't really changed
that much. Women are forever.
My grandpa remarried when I was just a youngin, so Margie has always been Gramaw. She's about 5', and the sweetest, round and kind grandmother you could ever imagine. If you looked up grandmother, she is what you would find.
I saw a smokin hot babe in a black and white photo a couple of years back, and asked who it was, assuming it was a sister, or a cousin, or something, who dabbled in modeling. Classic beauty.
Of course you've already guessed, that was grandma. Hahahaha.
Very funny, Roger. But the photo is not of Francis Bavier, it is one of several poses by Gloria DeHaven taken in 1945. Here is a photo from the same session for sale on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/BS-PHOTO-afc-457-Gloria-DeHaven-Actress-c-1945-/370748630329

Will computers kill gun control?
ReplyDelete3-D printing technology could make efforts to curb weapons impossible. Do-it-yourself techies are cool with that

Dammit - I am a liar once more!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if they'll kill gun control, but they've killed bar bets.
ReplyDeleteSigh.
And rodge...
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's lying if you were given bad information.
Then again, you're a conservative.
Okay Tom Mann - clean the latrines for a month!
ReplyDeleteI tried to find out if the photo was really of Frances and was unable. However, it was plausible.
ReplyDeleteI passed it on because it was too much fun not to.
Where's my shovel?

ReplyDeleteThat is Ida Lupino. (I think.)
They aren't making them like that anymore.
In lieu of cash, I'll take a promotion in the barn army.
