Bagel Bread

Like Madame Curry who was trying to make
French toast and invented curry, I did Bagel Bread!
Kind of.

Res Ipsa Loquitor

Last week I started  making bagels using the King Arthur recipe I've had good look with.  I just throw everything into my bread machine and select "Dough" cycle.  About an hour or so later the  dough was ready (filling the entire bread pan with fluffy dough) However, I no longer felt like going throgh the water bath/oven bake drill.  I selecced the "Bake" button on the machine and walked away. What happened was this, a Bagel Bread loaf. Holy Mack'el Andy!   It is the best bread (when toasted) I've made, and  I be 'making me some good bread lately. .

  2. I like it. Both my husband and I like rye bread (always have) but, of late, I've found myself craving for dill rye. Have a recipe for that one? Yes, I've checked the web. Thanks in advance whatever the answer.

  3. Also, if I'm able to piss off more folks than that of Buddy Hackett, may I just add my newest addiction is chocolate vodka.
Chopin is best when not penny pinching, but Pinnacle is my current fave. Perhaps Parkway Rest Stop Jim has an opinion (not Three Olives) - ahem.
