Absurdities

No
single person can keep up with the plethora of staggeringly absurd
and bizarre goings on in today's culture, but I do stumble upon some
that are so over the top that they must be commented on.
The first one today is that John Kerry is Sec/State. How could that
have happened in the first place? News that he
was sailing on his boat during Egypt upheaval, contrary to what we were
led to believe, is only a manifestation of the disease named Sec/State
John Kerry.
The second insult to my sensibilities arrived via e-mail, from Code
Pink (I'm on their list).

Next
week the defense will present its case in the trial of whisteblower
Bradley Manning. Manning is facing life in prison for exposing
the
truth about what is being done abroad in our name. Manning
said: “I
want people to see the truth, because without information you cannot
make informed decisions as a public.”

One argument for women in combat is this. While no gentleman
could, they are able to beat and bayonet every Code Pink bitch found
marching with this band of Marxists
Kindly add your own outrageous story links below, Sheesh. |

Remember this?

I'll take a gander - The Presi's twitter pic in a kayak (possibly to mock Kerry?) which is probably photo-shopped...
ReplyDeletemy analysis here...
Fathom the logic that demands women in combat while demanding they be protected from sexual harassment.

Taht John Heinz-Kerry is allowed to even exist, much less as SecState, defies all semblance of logic. Remember his anti-American rants at a Congressional hearing back in the 70s. That bordered on sedition. In my not so humble opinion. Hillary was far from a good SecState, but Heinz-Kerry is well on the way to making even her look good.

Also don't forget that that rat-bastard, while a reserve officer and subject to UCMJ, flew to Paris and met with the North Vietnamese delegation without first seeking permission as would have been required to meet with enemy combatants. Twice.
ReplyDeleteAnd a whole bunch of nasty shit almost as benign.
Sir H the Comet
John Kerry?

In a perfect world, a torpedo would turn his yacht into splinters and a captain would get a promotion.
I think it's clear that this country has way too any "gentlemen".
ReplyDeleteHow could that have happened in the first place?
ReplyDeleteLook at the entire Barry0 administration. How could it not? Smart people surround themselves with smarter people. Dumb people surround themselves with dumber people.
@Tim:
ReplyDelete" Fathom the logic that demands women in combat while demanding they be protected from sexual harassment."
Pshaw, child's play when you chew on this: "The second item in the liberal creed, after self-righteousness, is unaccountability. Liberals have invented whole college majors--psychology, sociology, women's studies--to prove that nothing is anybody's fault. No one is fond of taking responsibility for his actions, but consider how much you'd have to hate free will to come up with a political platform that advocates killing unborn babies but not convicted murderers. A callous pragmatist might favor abortion and capital punishment. A devout Christian would sanction neither. But it takes years of therapy to arrive at the liberal view." - P.J. O'Rourke. Wish I'd said it first.
-- General Petty Officer 5th Class Skyhawker Doug
Doug, I started reading P.J. O'Rourke in NatLamp in the early 70s in high school. I truly believe, with all due respect to TRKOF, he is one of the finest minds currently walking the earth.

TRKOF agrees Tim
ReplyDeleteI would edit P.J. O'Rourke's observations on liberalism. He said that liberalism teaches that 'nothing is anybody's fault. He should have qualified that statement by adding "unless you are a Republican or George W. Bush." According the liberals, and in particular The Komrade Mother-f***ing Liar-in-Chief, nothing that has happened in the country since George Washington was in diapers is their fault. Only Republicans and George W. have that distinction.

Hanoi John Kerry and Bradley Manning are birds of a feather. Both are unapologetic traitors. The big difference is that Kerry had influence(Ted the Swimmer Kennedy) while Manning only had a boy lover somewhere. Piss on both traitors.
