And an honorable mention to a majority of wimpy Republicans.

This will run over cost faster than an Obama inauguration party. Then the HHS will limit how much doctors can charge and you'll be left with burger flippers with MD's trying to read healthcare flow charts. God, please help us.
ReplyDeleteThis is impossible. The President said it wouldn't happen. Then again if you believed it I have a nice bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell
ReplyDelete"And an honorable mention to a majority of wimpy Republicans."
ReplyDeleteNot this time. It passed on a straight party vote, and House Republicans have passed several bills that gut Obamacare, but the Dem Senate tosses them. This is a 100% Democrat Party FUBAR
My thoughts re de-funding O'care:
ReplyDelete1)pass a funding bill from the House that does not fund ACA.
2) when Harry Reid will not let the bill come to a vote ... as he promises, you then say
"Senator Reid will not let us vote to keep government open. Reid is the bad guy here."
Should a vote actually take place, follow up with:
"Dems in Senate vote to shut down government. All R's voted to fund government."
Slogan for the day:
"Let us vote!" "Don't let Harry shut down government."
2014 election slogan:
"Did you vote for Obamacare? Sayanora."
I think it has to be phrased that one man is preventing government from being funded, not the R party.
We have one man in the Senate who will block voting on a House passed budget bill.
One man, a Democrat, who will shut down government if he does not get his way {actually, Obama's way}.
The only part of government controlled by the Repubulicans actually voted for and passed a bill to fund government and keep it open...
House has to bray loudly: " We voted to fund government... Look at the Senate for shutting down."
