Site-Meter Pop-up
“
I
only see this when I'm using iPad's Apple browser of iPAD Chrome - I
forget which. How about you?
I replicated it on IE, so removed site meter. I've had it 10 years, and used to check it 20 times a day. I don't think I've even looked it for a year. So, cross that off the list. (If I hear Site Meter have fixed it, I'll put the code back, for old time's sake.
I've never seen it, and I have sitemeter on my blog (not sure exactly why, but it seemed a cool idea at the time). On the other hand, I use CoolNovo or TOR, so there's that.
Using IE and seeing it, as well. Shows up at Ace of Spades, too.
ReplyDeleteSteven Den Beste just killed Sitemeter on his blog to get rid of it.
I get it every time I come here or Sondrakistan. Don't know what it might do to my computer if I told it to save or open. I use Internet Exploder.
ReplyDeleteI am getting it on Windows 8.1 IE11 and Windows 7 IE9. Sitemeter has changed something in the last two weeks.
ReplyDeleteBeing the contrarian that I am, I do not get it either here or Sondrakistan. But I'm running FireFox on a PC. (Pop-up window exception maybe??)

ReplyDeleteIt be gone now too.
ReplyDeleteSir H
Chrome here, boss. Don't see squat.
ReplyDelete...that's because they don't want you to see squat Ralph. Bwaahahahahaaaa!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Iri, for mentioning that my site had it - never saw it myself, but removed Sitemeter just the same. I hate popups.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome Max. Nice site too. It's easy to see you've put a lot of work into it. You're on my list now, poor guy.
ReplyDelete!!!
