Put one over the other between two parallel lines touching the top corners of each and then you can see that they are the same size.

Juice - With neutral controls, level flight upside down to earth, there is one G negative to pilot, but plane is in a loop or roll and there is ~1 G positive on the pilot even though he's upside down to earth.
