McCain says tea party has dad ‘depressed’ and ‘frustrated’
Tea party says 'dittos.' Way.
Sen.
John McCain’s daughter says her dad is “depressed” and “frustrated”
with the tea party faction of the Republican Party, which she called
“the hyper-conservative wing.”
A state of mind many in the tea party can relate to
in
their radical pursuit of a more fiscally responsible, limited federal
government.
“We’re both frustrated with the idea that
only the hyper-conservative
wing of the party is going to represent the masses. ” Meghan McCain
said during an interview with ABC and Yahoo News.
Ms. McCain said the last time her father was so depressed about the
state of politics was after his failed 2008 presidential bid, according
to the Washington Times.
“He is so depressed. He is so downtrodden,” Ms. McCain said. “The way
he’s talking about it, how he’s never seen it this bad in his 30-plus
years in office.” [Full]
Thank
goodness her 77-year-old father is leaning reelection in 2016, else all
would be lost. Srsly, the teaparty have him more depressed than
do the Harry Reid bossed senate? Or, oh, any of a thousand other
Obama things. A fine example of the God complex that nearly all
elected suffer after holding office way too long.

It's all about him. F*ck him!

A fitting end to his career would be at the end of a rope. Alas, he probably won't live long enough to see it.
ReplyDeleteMegan McCain's dad is nothing more than a wanna-be Dimocrat running around in ragged Republican clothing. It is well past the time for him to slither on back to Arizona and take up residence with the other snakes there.

"...his 30-plus years in office.”
ReplyDeleteWhy, there's your problem, right there.
Frustrated and depressed by the Tea Party? I doubt it. I'm more inclined to think the frustration and depression is directly related to something like brushing his teeth with Preparation H and not realizing the mistake until he fluoridated his hemorrhoids.
ReplyDeleteI voted for McCain... ONCE... knowing that he was a Vet and a Viet Nam POW. Never again, because he lied to us in his first campaign, saying that he would only run for two terms. Then he started getting the taste for power and decided he didn't get enough done, so he would stick around for more.
ReplyDeleteMore "good-ol'-boy-ism, more sunshine blown up his butt by lobbyists, (I won't accuse him of kick-backs or any shady corruption, as I don't have proof, but it would not surprise me.)
John McCain needs to just go away. Take time for himself. Play with his grand kids, Take his wife for a cruise. Don't care what he does, just go away, sit down, and SHUT UP!
Anyone using the phrase "the masses" without irony is a comsimp.

First John McCain was a military silver spoon. His application for Canoe U. was typed by the secretary of the CNO. His chances of getting in were above average, as was his chances of getting jets. He just had a spot of bad luck in a "Scooter" one day.
ReplyDeleteApparently, McCain was a political animal in the Hilton as well. This book is so worth reading, it may lend some perspective as well.

What a vacuous slut.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see or hear her on television, the C-word comes to mind.
It's a good thing her grandfather sold a lot of Budweiser.
