Strange. Did the test three times without looking at the screen. Each time I hear something at the 105 mark and then it goes away till I hear the tone again at the 85 mark.
Maybe the frequency of my wife's voice falls between 105 and 85.

I worked around tactical jet aircraft and on the flightline for 30 years. No need to bother with the test when my amp is cranked up to 11.
