I
would have given this a Zero Star but that is not an option. Rather
than waste money on this book, and fuel the author's next "dream,"
reflect on this wisdom from over 2,000 years ago:
"Do not blame
Caesar, blame the people of Rome who have so enthusiastically acclaimed
and adored him and rejoiced in their loss of freedom and danced in his
path and gave him triumphal processions. Blame the people who hail him
when he speaks in the Forum of the 'new, wonderful, good society' which
shall now be Rome's, interpreted to mean: more money, more ease, more
security, more living fatly at the expense of the industrious." --
Marcus Tullius Cicero
Don't miss the five star reviews!
ReplyDelete.
Don't you wonder what the 1 star reviewers were expecting when they bought it?
ReplyDeleteOn second thought, after reading a few 1 star reviews, I don't think anyone actually bought the book or read it. Their logical reviews are probably derived from just reading the title.
ReplyDeleteCan we know where Barbara A. Thompson represents? I was thinking maybe we could send a sympathy card, or start a Novena for those hapless souls she presumes to represent. These poor souls need the help of God Himself to make it past this Cosmic Stupidity!
ReplyDeleteAmen!
"Barack Obama is no mere mortal"
ReplyDeleteShe got that right. He's Beezelbub, Lord of the flies and the Prince of Demons.

Such are the words of wisdom from a person that bought a degree at Walmart, when they purchased a picture frame.
ReplyDeleteJess, I would rather believe that the "Professor" got her degree by answering an ad in the back of an old Mechanix Illustrated magazine.
ReplyDeleteAnd that is very likely where her book will be sold from as well.
Also, because of the subject of the book, it would not even be decent fireplace fuel. It would leave a terrible stink for a long time.

She wrote heaven on earth.
ReplyDeleteShould've been havoc on earth.
