How does Mitch daBitch get elected "majority" leader, when the republicans don't have a "majority" in the current Senate?
The new Congress doesn't get sworn in till January. This is still the lame duck session. How can a "Senator Elect" make or second a nomination or vote for a Majority Leader when they aren't members of the Senate yet?
