It's obvious that Cali-forn-cators, mostly because of their massive illegal population, their aging hippie mentality and, most of all, because of their Lib-O/Socialist politicians are 22 times more likely to go to prison than to their Lib-O-brainwash universities - Of which, there isn't much discernible difference.
