I was reading this Seattle policy and thinking they were way more eff'd up than California. We had three colored containers there - green, blue, and grey. It was simple to use. If people threw food or dog waste in the recycle, they left a note on the container and did not take it. So why so freaking extreme into peoples stuff in Seattle? And then I saw it, .... "This resulted in higher costs and greenhouse gas emissions,” Ah-ha! As always - follow the Liberal money grabs. Global warming fkrs. It is ALL so invasive. Cant' wait for smart guns to become law so the gvmnt can hack their usefulness.
