      I like the way you think. After a fair military justice trial.
      If you are innocent you want military justice, if you are guilty you want civillian justice. Guilty and military justice doesn't go well.

    Court martial, reduction in grade/pay to Private, commitment to hard labor for the remainder of his enlistment, forfeiture of pay and entitlements until he pays back what was spent on him during his time at West Point, Dishonorable Discharge with loss of all benefits.

    Then you can get nasty with him if you want.
