Up close. knowing where to look, and with a telephoto lens and a lot of time, you might spot 65-70% Out in the field, 1/2 - 3/4 mile away, advancing towards their position, you probably wouldn't know they were there until after someone's head exploded.
Even the ones that are easy, by the time you spot 'em, it's too late.
