They're remarkably cheap, too. Starting at $9.99! However; bail, lawyer and court costs will set you back a lot more when you shoot that jerk in the back of his neck- maybe it'd still be worth it though! Let me know when you get out of jail.
Well I'm reminded of the ancient Chinese repeating cross bow. Rapid fire, low velocity , not much penetration , so they reportedly used poison on the arrows. They would fire so many of them they wee bound to hit exposed flesh . I suppose you could soak some toothpicks in Mustard Seed oil ?
