Get well soon, Rodger! It sounds cheesy but I've been reading and posting on your blogs since I was around 13 years old -- I turned 30 in the spring. That's crazy to think about and something I sort of took for granted. You have the pride (maybe the shame?) of being at least partially responsible for my political outlook, haha.

UPDATE: I just spoke, briefly, with Rodger. He did not go home yesterday and is still hospitalized. The cough is pretty rough and pretty constant. Prayers need to continue.

UPDATE: I just spoke to Rodger again, and OMG! What a difference. He sounds much much better, and we were able to talk for a little bit. Our Prayers are working!
I read him all of the comments above this post. He was amazed, and pleased, and some of them brought out a good deep laugh, without coughing!!!! His words: totally blown away, stunned, and so grateful for all of you!!!
