The Democrat Condition

Nancy Pelosi is dreaming the dream.  Today she spelled out what she intends to do in her first 100 days, if Democrats take the House. In full  ''Stop me before I kill again'' mode, Pelosi promises to "Put new rules in place to 'break the link between lobbyists and legislation.'"  Raise the minimum wage to $7.25 an hour - What a piker.  It should be $30 an hour at a minimum. Cut the interest rate on student loans in half. - That's certainly been a front burner issue, but why any interest at all? Its inclusion here is a full press pander to the collegiate voter with a sense of entitlement (aka, future Democrats of America). Allow the government to negotiate directly with the pharmaceutical companies for lower drug prices for Medicare patients. -    Anyone who's dealt with the IRS knows what ''negotiating with the government" means. It looks like Michael Moore will be the new House Czar on pharmaceuticals. The last time a Donk shemale messed with the pharmaceutical industry, the nation lost nearly 100% of it's vaccine making capability. Besides, Wal-Mart has already taken care of that issue.  Broaden the types of stem cell research allowed with federal funds — "I hope with a veto-proof majority," she added in an Associated Press interview Thursday. - Pure sophistry.  Adult stem cell research is fully funded because it works, Pelosi is playing games with embryonic stem cells, of which not a single advance has been made, which is why it has no investors save for state governments pandering to the peanut gallery. And finally (a drum roll, please ... ) "Pay as you go," meaning no increasing the deficit, whether the issue is middle class tax relief, health care or some other priority. To do that, she said, Bush-era tax cuts would have to be rolled back for those above "a certain level."

Whatever genetics make Democrats excel at being hall monitors, black board eraser monkeys, SGA presidents, and any other position where they can tell people what to do, they must be so voluminous as to leave no room for the economic or national defense DNA strands to get a foothold.  Being ignorant about a given subject is understandable, I for instance cannot grasp quantum physics, but not being able to learn from people who do means you're pighead stupid..  That is exactly where all democrats are on the subject of taxes.  Remember the phony ''Massachusetts Miracle'' that the media used in an effort to foist Michael Dukakis off on us?  What about the Bush Miracle?  That's real. He came in with a recession, was dealt 9-11, and look at us ... the economy is surging, the deficit is plummeting, and it's all because of his tax cut policy.  Read this Jane, you ignorant slut.- TAX TIDAL WAVE
