I don't often involve myself in
blog comment give and take because it requires a certain discipline,
and uncommon interest in the subject. I blog to get that stuff
off my chest. Some of you may find
this sequence with
Bitter Bitch, on the subject of James Webb, to be of interest. It involves Webb's article "
Women Can't Fight," published in the November 1979 issue of the
Washingtonian magazine [Which text I just now discovered. My original recollection was that it was from
Esquire].
