will propose a constitutional amendment that requires all future
presidential hopefuls to undergo DNA typing in order to prove they
harbor no Bush, Clinton , or Kennedy genetic
material. In the short term, I will suggest to Dubya and Chris
Wallace that fratricide is not always a bad thing.
