Sarah at Ground Zero
Today
the drive-by media got their first chance to question VP Palin-elect
since the convention. Since they knew how she'd answer their questions, I'll guess they were harvesting sound
bites that groups like Moveon.org, Kos, and Code Pink can raise money
with. The follow-up question by another reporter was nearly
identical, and got a nearly identical answer. I'm just glad to
see her again.

QUESTION:
On the topic of never letting this happen again do you agree with the
way the Bush Administration has carried out the war on terror?
I wouldn't know. It's impossible to hear while two other videos are playing over it. Am I the only one having this problem? A while back someone suggested some addons for my browser that completely failed to solve the problem. I rather like the FlashBlock but the videos giving me the trouble are not flash driven. NoScript kept almost everything from loading and gave me a list of stuff to allow or forbid. So I'd go through guessing which one is for the videos and when I guessed right they would still all play at the same time. I ended up uninstalling that as completely useless. GrinfilledCelt
Of course, silly me. Thanks Rodger. I guess that's why you're the blogger and I'm the reader.
Notice the way she answered right away without any hemming or hawing. Can you imagine BO's handlers even allowing him to get into such a situation? GrinfilledCelt
That was me with the suggestions about FlashBlock and NoScript.
What can I say? It works for me. For instance, the video above. I just clicked on it, and it loaded. That was NoScript in action.
Browsing with NoScript can be complicated at first, but you get used to it. You learn which scripts to activate. If all else fails, you can click on "temporarily allow all this page".
And FlashBlock... All it does is stop Flash from playing until you say "go". It's really simple. There's no way I'll ever surf without it.
When you know who you are and hold steadfast in your beliefs, those ankle biter reporters won't be able to 'git ya'. She's not playing to the crowd. How refreshing is that?!

Try pressing the permalink and watching in the absence of other videos.

They gave her high heat, and she hit it out of the park. She can really get around on the ball.
