The decision to bail out GM predates Obama and was made on Bush's watch.
ReplyDeleteThe decision to structure it in such a manner that it became a bailout of the UAW and ignored established bankruptcy law was Obama's.
In the process, some $27 billion in taxpayers' money was funnelled to the UAW - absent that gift to the union GM would be in exactly the same position it's in today.
your point being?
