Someone has a skew loose

Romney +11 seems about right

We know to a certainty that media polls are little more than Obama agitprop.  Their polls are principally skewed by over sampling Democrat voters, and by making inflated assumptions about voter turnout. Here's a site that purports to "unskew" that skewedness.  I do know this—these numbers pass the sniff test, which is way more than a New Yorks Time's poll showing Obama in a romp.

Muslum Brotherhood Warning

A Warning From the Muslum Brotherhood

Res Ipsa Loquitor

This morning the Muslim Brotherhood sent a warning that if the United States continued meddling in Egypt , Libya , and other potential hot Spots in the Middle East, they intend to cut off America 's supply of 7-11 and Motel 6 managers.

MerrilyIf this action does not yield sufficient results, cab drivers will be next, followed by Dell, AT&T and AOL customer service reps.

Finally, if all else fails, they have threatened not to send us any more Presidents.

Iknow said the Democrat- "Tax it!"

Save the planet my ass.
U.S. carbon tax could halve deficit in 10 years: report Reuters – 5 hrs ago

Res Ipsa Loquitor

WAHSINGTON(sic), Sept 26 (Reuters Point Carbon) - Imposing a $20 per metric ton carbon tax in the U.S. could reduce the country's budget deficit by 50 percent over the next 10 years, a report by the Congressional Research Service said on Tuesday.

Such a tax would generate approximately $88 billion in 2012, rising to $144 billion by 2020, the report said, slashing U.S. debt by between 12 and 50 percent within a decade, depending on how high the deficit climbs

Coming close to an admission of what's driven the ridiculous  man-caused-climate change hypothesis all along:  control of the worlds economy via carbon tax.    Use whatever term suits you; communist, world orderists, socialists, fascist Democrats - they are never stopped by less than flame throwers big and small. Never.

Aside:  The spelling "WAHsington" was no error.  It's the Wahabi version purchased by the Saudis and waiting implementation if Obama is reelected.  Shhhh.

Infiltrated is a nasty word

In the movie version, Obama would not only be impeached, but convicted and Rosenberg'd for treason.

Poll Wars

Have you heard this one?

A country was drowning in leftist corruption and asked God to help them.  The country  refused to use God's gift of reason and drowned in a swamp of socialist corruption and rule.  When they went to heaven and  asked God "why didn't you save us?"  God responded, "I gave you the New York Times address, I gave you C-4, I gave you Barrett .50 cal sniper rifles, rocket launchers and pitchforks.  Go fuck yourselves you  whiny sniveling wretches.

I love that joke.

Court to hear IRS challenge

Supremes docket income tax challenge
Colorado man's challenge to IRS says wages don't count

Res Ipsa Loquitor

The government calls those who argue the income tax has no legal foundation “tax protesters” and labels their arguments “frivolous.” And usually judges toss their arguments out of court, assess them court costs on top of taxes, interest and penalties, and sometimes even threaten them if they file further cases.

But now the U.S. Supreme Court – the nine judges who sit on the bench in Washington by virtue of their selection by presidents and confirmation by the U.S. Senate – has docketed exactly that type of case.

Maehr wrote in his petition for judicial review that he’s been the victim of administrative bludgeoning used by the IRS to quell citizens with objections as well as questions.

Among Maehr’s contentions is that while the government has the legal authority to tax, the Internal Revenue Service has used “unlawful, unconstitutional, unfair and biased” manipulations to assess income taxes on that which is not income – essentially salaries and wages.

Basing his argument on 10 years’ worth of research into tax law, he concludes that salaries and wages are the result of the mutual agreement among participants to exchange labor for money – and that’s not income. Income, he said, is the increased value of an asset, such as interest on money in a bank account, which can be subjected to income tax. [Full]

Regardless of the merit of this, or any case for that matter (I direct you to Obamacare), American law is driven by the necessity of keeping bloated government afloat; law and principle be damned.  Besides. Obama evidently knows where Chief Justice Robert's kids go to school.  Still, Maehr is a true & principled American hero in my book.
