TRIGGERED! The premise for the Helter Skelterfile is simple. Almost immediately after his election two things grabbed my attention. The first was Kinston (now made famous by Vivian Howard) KINSTON, N.C. | Voters in this small city decided overwhelmingly last year to do away with the party affiliation of candidates in local elections, but the Obama administration recently overruled the electorate and decided that equal rights for black voters cannot be achieved without the Democratic Party. The department ruled that white voters in Kinston will vote for blacks only if they are Democrats and that therefore the city cannot get rid of party affiliations for local elections because that would violate black voters’ right to elect the candidates they want. The decision, made by the same Justice official who ordered the dismissal of a voting rights case against members of the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia, has irritated other locals as well. They bristle at federal interference in this city of nearly 23,000 people, two-thirds of whom are black ( Loretta King, who at the time was the acting head of the Justice Department’s civil rights division, wrote in a letter to the city.)  [Washington Times - Tuesday, October 20, 2009] The second was the decision by Holder to stop the DOJ indictment of the Black Panther voter intimidation incident.  After a judge ordered a default judgments against the Panthers, who refused to answer the charges or appear in court, the Justice Department dropped the charges against all but one of the defendants, saying “the facts and the law did not support pursuing” them. Loretta King is the same official who put a stop to the New Black Panther Party case. In that case, the Justice Department filed a civil complaint in Philadelphia after two members of the black revolutionary group dressed in quasi-military garb stood outside a polling place on election last year and purportedly intimidated voters with racial insults, slurs and a nightstick. 2008 NOW Muslim radicals poised to exploit U.S. racial tensions I'd say that the Helter Skelter premise of Obama declaring martial law (which he can do with his signature and approval by the AG), and suspending elections, is more than viable.  I also think that the fly in his ointment is Donald Trump, whose candidacy put Muslim/Illegals into the national debate.

The Service Manager, Pete, gave me a ride home and on the way he told me his theory about the upcoming election and the next four years of U.S. government. At first I thought it a bit far-fetched.  But as I listened to him it began to make sense, scary sense... “I believe that Hillary Clinton will win the election in November,” Pete began. “Then, sometime between November and January, Hillary will be indicted. The IRS is now investigating the Clinton Foundation and the whole e-mail thing isn’t over yet.” “Once under indictment she won’t be able to assume the Office of the President in January. Tim Kaine, who will not actually be the Vice President because neither he nor Hillary have been inaugurated, cannot assume the Presidency.   The Speaker of the House can’t move up to it because there is already a sitting President and Vice President. So President Obama, in an Executive Order citing “emergency situation,” gives himself another four years in office is the only way possible.” Pete believes Obama has been planning this for a while now, knowing he has enough on Hillary to indict her. Had the Attorney General indicted her based on evidence from the FBI this plan wouldn’t have worked because the DNC would have quickly come up with another candidate If you think about it, it’s not that outrageous. Many people on the left, including the President, want Obama to stay another four years. The law prohibits him from being re-elected so the only ways he can do it is by declaring martial law and suspending the election (which would be a very negative thing for the country) or to declare himself still President because the elected candidate cannot assume her duties. The latter makes more sense and is actually more feasible. And since it’s never been done before, it would set a precedent that would be difficult to challenge. Of course, if Trump wins the election none of this is going to happen. But what if Pete is correct? Four more years of Obama and a mostly useless Republican House and Senate would give Obama the time he needs to continue destroying changing the country to fit his stated goals. There is no question in my mind that the goal of the antifa, et.al., Helter Skelter movement is civil war.  The Millennial-Snowflake axis have virtually no historical background about what the consequences of that goal entail - for them.  While most of them may be finely schooled, few have been decently educated. The American Civil War, of which they have almost zero knowledge, was not really a civil war at all.  The Confederate States, with no constitutional injunction not to, dropped out of the Union and elected new state governments, forming a new country. Clear boundaries; uniformed military; and flag are not the stuff of rabble hiding behind masks.  Below I've posted clips of what happens in a real civil war (Kosovo).  Neighbor against neighbor, literally.  And snipers. And summary executions. That's what will transpire if these dupes get their way. However: "You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass." That, perhaps falsely attributed, quote from Isoroku Yamamoto is true in substance.  But only for one side of the combatants here. Not only that, military veterans—people who know how to fire howitzers, fly helicopters, and drive tanks, or even aim a rifle, would almost certainly not be abundantly found supporting the Snowflake cause.
