I could double the list without using Google.

* Hillary Clinton was nearly fired from the Watergate Committee staff for outrageously unethical behavior.
* Hillary Clinton was directly cited for false testimony by an
independent counsel, who used prosecutorial discretion not to actually
seek the indictment she deserved for prevaricating about her role in
the White House Travel Office firings.
* Hillary Clinton was the recipient of the moral equivalent of bribery
(every bit as bad as the $100,000 apparent payoff to U.S. Rep. "Dollar
Bill" Jefferson of New Orleans) in making off with just shy of a cool
100K in her preposterous dealings in cattle futures. For more on this
issue, see the excellent work of Deroy Murdock as published earlier
this year in The American Spectator's print edition.
* Hillary Clinton probably deserved to be indicted in one of the facets
of the Whitewater investigation, but the infamous Rose Law Firm billing
records with her fingerprints on them mysteriously disappeared until
produced, quite conveniently, just days after the statute of
limitations had run out on the charges that could have stemmed from the
clear evidence those records contained.
* Hillary Clinton was caught on tape engaging in legally dubious
coordination of campaign fundraising activities that led to charges
against several others involved in the big Hollywood event at issue.
For more, see "Hillary: The Movie," by Citizens United.
* Hillary's roles in a plethora of scandals as she and her husband left
the White House were so egregious that even liberal news organizations
pronounced her positively "unfit" for office. For a voluminous record
of her skullduggery since the beginning of 2000, read Spectator founder
R. Emmett Tyrrell's 2007 book, The Clinton Crack-Up.
* Hillary's presidential campaign was caught red-handed accepting huge
sums of money bundled and/or donated from convicted felon Norman Hsu.
In many ways the sneaky dealings with Hsu were reminiscent of other
odiferous dealings with a host of other Asian donors and influence
peddlers through the years, from the Riadys to Johnny Chung to John
Huang to Pauline Kanchanalak to Charlie Trie.

Here's another: She's constitutionally ineligible.
ReplyDeleteUnless, that is, it's possible to twist the definition of "increased emoluments" so as not to include a COLA.
This site is very confusing. I just wanted to say to Ann that "I Love you keep up the good fight for America!
ReplyDeleteTo Rockville, ! WHAT?
ReplyDelete"emoluments" = an archaic term for salary, benefits, etc.
ReplyDelete"COLA" = a common acronym for Cost Of Living Adjustment
They could also decide to use the retroactive pay cut loophole, AKA "Saxbe fix". The article I mentioned above discusses it.
Neither seems particularly lawful to me, but they're Congress, after all.
Not to mention her boyfriend who committed suicide by rug.
ReplyDeleteThe Saxbe fix shouldn't work. (Imagine that, I'm agreeing with Senator Byrd!) Even if you stick a pay cut on the position now, it doesn't mean that the raise/COLA never happened then. Therefore, no dice.
ReplyDeleteRight. We have a president-elect who REFUSES to present a certified birth document, and Hillary will be stopped over this? There is no rule of law in this nation anymore; only rules of convenience.
ReplyDeleteHildebeest: a short, stocky, beige-colored, semi-erect biped with the legs of a hippopotamus, the neck of a turkey, the lips of a porn star, and the mouth of a 30-year WestPac Bosun’s Mate First Class. It is characterized by far greater greed, gluttony, and megalomania than discretion. Its feeding habits are opportunistic, similar to those of the Tanzania Vulture, and without constant high-level attention by other creatures, it goes into paroxysms of slathering, nest robbery, mayhem, and slaughter.
ReplyDeleteWith adequate prompting by related creatures which share its penchant for theft, slaying, posturing, and duplicity, it can appear socially adept and integratible into the general population. Deprived of fulfillment in its thirst for supremacy, however, it becomes sullen, devious, crafty, and quite dangerous.
The most expedient and effective means of dealing with it, should you be unfortunate enough to encounter one, is to shoot it repeatedly and burn the remains for a minimum of 24 hours before pissing on the fire and breaking camp.
The above facts are why I am not impressed by the PUMAs. I would rather leave the "enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap to the adolescent minds infesting the Mid-east.
ReplyDeleteWith "the mouth of a 30-year WestPac Bosun’s Mate First Class". THAT made me laugh ET.
ReplyDeleteTim
American Evita.
ReplyDeleteShe is one very bad apple.
I have been saying this for a week now.
ReplyDeleteSpanky
I said before, let her take it, then fire her. Total plus for Obama. But it gets even more clever now:
ReplyDeleteLet her resign the senate, and then let the courts take over. Her filthiness is left high and dry. Sorry there Hillary, missed that day in law school where they taught the Constitution?
Not gonna happen of course, but if it does, my respect for Obama's infighting abilities goes way way up.
Something wicked this way comes.
