“ The U.S. House of Representatives approved a so-called gas guzzler bill that would give car buyers a voucher worth up to $4,500 for trading in older vehicles.

The bill passed 298-119 with strong support from both parties, the Detroit Free Press reported Wednesday.

It's hard to keep up with what the drunken sailors  are up to these days, ain't it?  But the hell with that - I'm holding out for Duval Patrick Deluxe.

    Stop hating on drunken sailors.

    Drunken Sailors are spending their own money in order to enjoy themselves on a short shore leave, and do not have to save a penny of their pay, since room and board is included in their employment contract.

    If our "leaders" only spent money like drunken sailors, we would be far better off.
