Now how will the left try to make Romney look like a fool? They've followed that template for every Republican since Nixon. The mime then was "Nixon is evil." In a variation, they appear to be setting up on the template that Romney is "mean".
Nixon was indeed evil. Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and price controls, diplomatic relations with Red China. All this to set the table for the destruction of American blue-collar jobs.
