arrested by FBI and Secret Service for non-violent Facebook posts.

I don't think there's a soul who won't agree that Mr. Raub was a
little over the top; or that this sort of thing is common fare for
lefty journalists David
Shuster for pete's sake; or that the FBI
and SS had no right (as in constitutional right) to arrest or detain
Raub. Case closed.

ReplyDeleteCase closed? Jumping the gun here, Chief. This message does suggest Raub is a nut, but it does not prove this was the cause of his arrest. If there was some other message, which contained a violent expression of sedition, then Conservatives, the nation, and Raub himself was well served by the apprehension. Something I've cautioned you about flirting with in the past, if you recall.
ReplyDeleteI hope we can agree that not all speech is good or Constitutionally protected. If we allow elected representatives to be threatened with personal violence, we will only have Dem representatives.
