Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which
would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90
days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.
Dana Loesch Radio reported on the new legislation being pushed by
Missouri Democrats:
Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in
possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have
ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without
being subject to prosecution.
Here’s
part of the Democratic proposal in Missouri:
By
their definition an assault rifle includes your .22
semi-automatic varmint gun. Hmmm. This then begs for an
expanded definition of varmint.
If this law should pass, and before it
can be overturned, the compliance will be close to a statistical
zero.
Democrats then will have cause to monitor your purchases, all of them,
looking for ammo buys, etc. By the way, the frog has long since
died. Yes, we are at war.

tubular magazines excepted, so it looks like your old Nylon 66 is safe.
ReplyDeleteMissouri legislature is 65-75% republican, so passage seems unlikely. The flurry of gun laws introduced this week is probably to diffuse opposition on the part of national organizations like the NRA.
ReplyDeleteTraitors and should be sent packing covered with tar and feathers.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a great idea! Rory Ellinger and the rest of the Missouri Demos really, really, really need to push this.
ReplyDeleteThen we will just sit back and watch what happens in the rural parts of Missouri.
Wonder if they want them returned one round at a time?
ReplyDeleteI actually find this refreshing. How often do you see a Democrat admit they are trying create more crime with gun control instead of the usual drivel about preventing crime?

ReplyDeleteSome traitorous vermin in the PA house are trying to require firearms liability insurance.
