RICO? As in the thing that mafia members get charged with? Rodge, sometimes your blog is a little too nutty for me. We're talking about two very different things here; One group strong arms innocent civilians into handing over their hard earned money with intimidation and threats, employs thugs to carry out said threats, and has a pretty centralized leadership structure.
The other is the mafia. Certainly RICO is too tame?
