Res Ipsa LoquitorThis is sooooo RINO.  Now that Putin (a committed despot, although less so than Obama) has given the Obamas a way out of Obummer's red line nincompoopery, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell today says he will oppose President Barack Obama's resolution authorizing a military strike against Syria.  Whatta guy!
