One would expect that a politician from Nevada would
be at least a passable poker player. Harry Reid ain't even
close. Rather, he comes damned close to matching Cynthia McKinney
for impolitic, and downright idiotic statements. The latest was
when he 'called a proposal to make English the
official language "racist" on the Senate floor yesterday.''
Nearly two score Democrats refused to vote for a measure that
said that English is the "common and unifying language.''
Gawd, I do love these guys. It's a real wonder that any of them get elected to begin with.
