I agree with Dean, but it would be much worse. A spineless Gore would have listened to the political Generals and not the Lt Col. Tommy Franks listened to. We would have quickly spasmed bombed Afganistan ,Iran,Iraq and Saudi Arabia to assauge the masses call for blood, Arab blood. Daily casualties from our invasion of the MidEast to grab the oil fields and starve the cash from the terrorist SA government would be in the hundres. Mecca glass crater etc. etc. ect

Right Howard. On September 12, 2001 the Democrats would have:
1. Apologised to Al-Qaida.
2. Increased foreign aid to the Taliban.
3. Sold a breeder reactor to Iran.
Then things would have been just fine.
Also Saddam would still be waving his greasy, hairy ass at us from one of his palaces instead of from the docket.
