Similar Liaisons

When exposed coups succeed anyway.
This is what passes for biting political commentary by the left today.  When Gertrude Stein wrote "There is no there there," I think she must have had Democrats in mind.  In truth, it is they, and a vanguard Goebelesque media, who share Nazi DNA.  The media involvement in the the Joe Wilson affair neatly emulates Hitler's tactic of waging a propaganda campaign citing manufactured wrongs committed against local Germans as pretext for invasion.

The Plame game, and the attack on Tom DeLay were cornerstones in a Democrat plan to portray the President's men  as  evil. corrupt, untrustworthy, and out of control.  But, why carry coal to Newcastle when Clarice Feldman has so neatly summarized it in her American Thinker piece, Dangerous Liaisons: Wilson, Armitage and the MSM.  All that's really left is to decide whether it's time to do what so many rued not doing to Hitler when they had the chance.  If not now, when?

Within a week of Wilson publishing his article, the Times knew that Wilson was lying and Armitage was the leaker. Yet the Times kept the hoax going for three years.

Where is the outrage?
