That happened to me when I worked at Arby's, CS. A guy came in, ordered a small drink and gave me a five. Then he tried to say that he'd given me a twenty. When he got huffy about it, the manager decided to count up my drawer on the spot. As usual, I was within a dime, but the guy didn't hang around to find out. He took off leaving his drink and change behind.

I know what you mean GC, I was on the other end at a Taco Bell, and I did give her a Hundred. Manager counted the drawer at my request, fired the girl, gave me my change and all was well.

As for the video, I'm not sure who's side to take in that one. I'm leaning towards the clerk, better English skills and all..
