have HD TV?

Yeah I've actually had one for a few years- just never thought it was worth the extra charge for the few channels it carried. I had been thinking about doing it lately though- my cable company finally got a receiver with DVR and HD. Couldn't bear giving up the DVR!

YES. Hell even if the picture was the same as my 38'' tube Panasonic, the lighter weight, flat screen aspect is worth it. This frigging TV weighs 100s of pounds.

Can't wait to see our new QB, Cutler, win the SB next year on it

HD is well worth the money.
I've had it for a few months now and the pics from that link do not do the difference justice.

I just watched TLOTR trilogy for the first time on my 61" Hitachi Ultravision Digital with a nice surround system and I was blown away.

If you are a fan of the nature shows, especially the bugs and plants, then HD is a must have. it will make your sticker peck out...if you have a sticker that is.

Dang Roger, I ain't had it long enough for it come "unstole" yet.
Besides, you will probably want that 300 disk CD changer, DVD recorder which records directly onto disks from the tube and...good Lord, I'm tech junkie..

But you are welcome to sit yourself down and watch anytime, I'll even make you some of my famous chili and all the sweet tea you can hold. Afterwards we can ease onto the back deck and commence slaying snappers...unless you have a thing about shooting certain school mascots that is.

OK, let's trade.
I want 5 female goats, must be virgins, and a guy to tend them....wait, I'll tend the goats, substitute a woman for the guy, slightly used will do nicely.

Seriously though, I have a bit less than $600.00 in everything but the T.V. which was a display model I snagged about 3 years ago for a couple of grand.

A word of caution though, if you get a T.V. that big you need a lot of room to put it in, too close and you will fry your eyes out kid.

I have a 42 inch Panasonic wide screen and a Panasonic Home theater system in my living room. Has a sub woffer the size of a suitcase. My speakers are stand alone on stands and are wired. i paid a guy 2oo bucks to set it up. It is just like going to the movie which I can no longer go to because of back leg and impatients with assholes.HD football games are fantastic. Roger you ever get down to east tenn you have a standing invite and don't have to worry about any hotel bills.
