From Gates of Vienna: "Also, Barack Obama has declined a British offer to retain a bust of Sir Winston Churchill in the Oval Office. The bust was loaned to his predecessor by the UK government, but Mr. Obama has sent Sir Winston home."...............So uh, I guess it was taking up space needed for the Neville Chamberlain bust.
