Nah. He's just that contemptuous of the truth. And why not? It's worked just fine for Liberals so far, and Biden rests in this comfort.

Obama has spent more than one millions $ trying to stop talk about his citizenship, and here Biden gives it an imprimatur of sorts. The stake for Obama is his Presidency, and Biden must know that .. one would think. Maybe they're just that arrogant though, to think they're immune to the consequences? Prolly so.
