Criminal Obama Suit

Criminal Complaint Filed Against Obama
 ... against the "imposter"
peck-peck-peck

An ex-military officer has raised the stakes in the ongoing dispute over Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, filing a criminal complaint against the "imposter" with the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Retired U.S. Navy officer Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III, who has run a campaign for two decades to uncover and try to correct what he believes are criminal activities within the military, accused the president of "treason."

In his complaint addressed to Obama via U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee, Fitzpatrick wrote: "I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.

"Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment." Story
Makes as much sense as anything else.

Obviously he has no standing to file any lawsuit.

Excuse me; if he is an American citizen, he has as much standing as anyone else. ANYONE can sue ANYONE if they feel they have been legally wronged.
It may be a FRIVOLOUS lawsuit; it may never go anywhere; it may get thrown out of court the second it goes INTO court.
BUT, it can, and MUST, go INTO that courtroom, long enough for a judge to see the filing - or at least into the judge's clerk's office.
Enough of that action, and SOMEBODY'S going to take notice.

I believe Mr. Walker was being facetious, but you are quite right.

I guess I didn't make it obvious enough (except to the King...that's why he's the King!)

I remember that some of the other cases were dropped because of some lame reason of "no standing".

If an American citizen has "no standing", then no one does.

That's just obviously wrong.
