WWII Motorcycles

Déjà vu

Harley copied the BMW R71 to produce its XA model.

I'd re-up if they gave me this Harley to ride.  More WWII bikes  here.

I'm working on one. By that I mean I have most of the parts in the garage. Along with my other project bikes. Someday.....

The first pic, of a German bike, looks suspiciously like a recently restored Chiang Jiang from China. The Russian example shows a modern Ural Gear-Up, the modern incarnation of Soviet WW2-era bikes. The giveaway: they didn't have front disc brakes back then. And the French scooter with a recoiless rifle id a post-WW2 attempt at cheap, mobile firepower.

Thanks, Rodg. Now I have a boner, and I have to go to work!
