In Passing

In Passing
I'm looking for solutions

Is the Tax Power Infinite?
Constitutional professors quoted in the press and across the Web explain that much about the federal government’s modern authority is “settled” law. Even so, many of these legal commentators are quite close to arguing that the national government’s economic and political powers are now limitless and unfettered. I wonder if Justice Kennedy believes that.

Andrew Klavan: We Report, You Obey - The MSM's Dirty Tea Party Fetish
Justin Folk created the brilliant visuals, including the little version of me, which he usually just keeps under his pillow.  Weird.

Jerry Brown: ACORN Engaged in 'Highly Inappropriate Behavior'
According to Attorney General Moonbeam, "highly inappropriate behavior" doesn't amount to criminal behavior. I guess the leftwing thugs who support the criminal enterprise formerly known as ACORN will consider this a victory or something.

Cowardly Dramacrats are also canceling town hall meetings with constituents, or failing to schedule any face time with constituents to begin with.

A History of Obama Feigning Interest in Mundane Things
This is Obama’s pensive look: arms crossed, brow furrowed in deep contemplation about this fascinating display of switches and blinking lights.

ToDaZeD What Could Possibly Go Wrong?
Carnegie Mellon University researchers in the Quality of Life Technology Center (QoLTC) will  embed wireless sensors in the residences of about 50 older adults who live alone to see if they can detect subtle changes in everyday activities that indicate the onset of dementia or physical infirmities.
Lawyer ads that look like VA hospital sites
The sleaziest asbestos-suit-marketing practice yet [which would of course be nuclear sleazy]? You decide. In what is unfortunately not an April Fool’s joke

Personal injury lawyers, community organizers, & race pimps are all the same; engaged in legal extortion.

People and companies pay them to go away because they can't afford to litigate or have the bad publicity. In order to fight them you have to turn loose your own sharks in a court at $500 per hour.

This, on the other hand, enters a new level of slime.
