Poor sick bastards, we

One sick lady
Boned Jello

Imagine the luck.  The patent goes to the Mayo Clinic for a complete physical, and discovers she has brain cancer, syphilis, lung cancer, hemorrhoids, scurvy, clogged arteries, anal warts, auto immune disease, and acid reflux.

The patient in this case is Miss Liberty, and her problems are also known, in Barn Army patois, as  liberal educators, the democrat party, gummint regulatory commissions, local gummint, lawyers, the IRS,  unions, bad judges, Democrat media complex, taxes, taxes, mo  taxes.

Where to begin?  Well, auto immune disease (bad judges)  is flaring up - again, so let's look at that malignancy.

On Friday, a federal District Court judge tried to indirectly reinstate the D.C. handgun ban.  Judge Ricardo Urbina , a Clinton appointee, wants to make it so difficult for people living in DC to use a handgun defensively that few will get one.

Last September, a Washington Post reporter, Christian Davenport, found out just how difficult it still is to get a handgun in D.C. even after the Supreme Court struck down the city's handgun ban. Excluding the price of the gun, the reporter spent $558.69 in various fees to get through the approval process. But that was only part of the cost. It took him "a total of 15 hours 50 minutes, four trips to the Metropolitan Police Department, two background checks, a set of fingerprints, a five-hour class and a 20-question multiple-choice exam."

So when do these types of regulations constitute just as much of a ban on handguns as an outright ban? A dollar tax solely on newspapers would clearly be struck down as unconstitutional. The power to regulate can destroy both the First and Second Amendments.[A Gun Ban By Any Other Name...]
As you can see,  auto immune disease is particularly pernicious, because even after successful treatment (legislation) it will rise to attack the system anew, destroying everything. Unfortunately, the only known cure today is to kill the cloned patient, reproduce from that clone, and destroy deadly microorganisms as they appear. That'll be $50, and I don't accept Obamacare.

Like I've said before, compare gun laws to abortion.

Oh nonsense Tim.

Abortion is a right, Guns are not.

I'm sure that's what the founding fathers actually meant, their actual writings on the subject notwithstanding.

These things are completely different!

We do not need Government Permission to carry the means to self defense.

Maybe we should SUBSIDIZE gun purchases and permit fees for poor people in DC. THAT oughta make your average libtard's head explode.

Sounds to me as a poll tax (illegal) for American patriots. This is nothing more than the government making law as to require that Americans must purchase their Constitutional rights.
