When you consider tax revenue vs profit, they are more addicted to OIL than are ExxonMobil, BP and Shell.

This is why I own tens of thousands of shares of Altria and Philip Morris International. At first I did not grasp the brilliance of the 1998 MSA deal but then it struck me: 46 states were now finanicial partners with the tobacco industry and would do what they could to rein in the tort lawyers. After all, the states were now addicted to tobacco money.
