“ by Cuzzin Ricky, SWM Having lived in Canada (20 years ago) and finding myself having to access their health care system, I never could understand what the big deal here in the U.S. was all about.  Clearly their system was far inferior to that in the U.S., yet many of the politicians on the left have been going on and on about its virtues for years, as though it served as a model that, somehow, the U.S. should follow. I think it was Thatcher that said:  "the trouble with Socialism, is that you eventually run out of other people's money". Too bad that the average Canadian will be paying for this joy ride by putting their health, and the health of their families, in peril.  Of course, they've already been doing that for years. ”
