Every time I run across one of these HARPX HARPIC drain cleaner advertisements (rollover), this is what I see.  So I rendered it.

So in Europe the storm and sanitary sewers are tied together?

In most older cities, storm and sanitary are combined. The sewers where I am were laid out around the 1860's.

During bad storms, the water will cause the sewers to temporarily fail.
