I call BS. I'm pretty sure I saw these photos years ago billed as a street performance. If it were true, would he have that nice thick pad under the arm?
The kid looks awfully cooperative for a small boy about to have his arm crushed. In fact, most people could easily take the pressure of one car tire driving over their arm. For a small car, the pressure is only in the tens of pounds per square inch. Probably pretty uncomfortable and it might be sore for a few days.
Not only that, small kid's bones are flexible. While I'd advise against doing this, it's probably totally harmless.
The truth about Islam is bad enough. Let's stick to that, shall we?

It is my understanding that the penalty for stealing is having your right hand cut off your arm. In a land where the right hand is used solely for eating and greeting, while the left hand is used only for cleaning yourself after head calls; the social stigma is pretty great.
I too thought this to be theater. A lie told often enough begins to take on a semblence of truth. -
