Cuccinelli USA!

Cuccinelli: Virginia has right
to regulate abortion clinics

While I have antipathy for abortionists, the victory here transcends single issues.  Cuccinelli has delivered yet another blow in defense of the beleaguered Amendment X of the  United States Constitution, and against the federal usurper.  Boola-boola!

At least one state has an attorney general that is not a wimp, and believes the Constitution says what it so clearly says.

Indeed, Rodge,
but they still need to establish the principle (per the Xth) that the legal definition of the crime of homicide is a State, not a Federal, responsibility.
This is totally independent of whether one considers abortion or any other form of birth control wrong. That should be an issue for the States to determine.
The "privacy right" argument is specious at its very core (e.g. a mother may not murder her toddler in private, inconvenient as the little b*st*rd may be).
