Democrats don't read their own legislation.
Democrats don't realize how stupid they appear when they pass legislation that is foolish.
Democrats are left with the option to appear incredibly stupid, or devious.

What is interesting is the number "rights" organizations that have gotten upset over this. Apparently they have just found out what the underside of the bus looks like.
I've heard of military tactic known as "Death by a thousand cuts." but this is the first time that I've seen a political party do it to itself.

The government funds Planned Parenthood, Planned Parenthood funds the DNC. The government funds the unions, the unions fund the DNC.... do you see the pattern here?
It is a way to get tax payer money to fund the DNC. -

oooo, that's goood.
Quite right, they think they can go this because the welfare faction will vote Dem anyway. Or will they? Everyone always forgets option #3: stay home on election day. Those are the people that came out to vote for the first time for Obama. They could become so disillusioned (that word is so perfect in this case) that they will not do it again.
