and all along I thought solar power just charged the batteries for miners' helmet lights.

Which is burned to create power to run a federally-subsidized bio-diesel plant, whose fuel powers "environmentally friendly" cars at taxpayer expense.

Solar scams are blooming: One solar plant in Spain was found to be producing power at NIGHT.... they were putting searchlights on the panels to get paid the high 'green power' rates.
